About Us

​Pullens Truck Center was founded in 1980. For nearly 40 years our experienced staff have been Western New York’s first choice for recovery, roadside assistance, service and repair for most modes of transportation.

Our goal is to provide our customers with quality, experienced team members. Pullens actively participates in the continued education of our tow truck operators through the TRAA (Towing & Recovery Assoc. of America) certification programs and in house training programs.
